Lovely bright one bedroom flat close to the tube and the DLR for easy and quick access to the city centre. It has a nicely equipped kitchen with a small grocery close by, a comfortable living space, a nice bathroom, and access to a gym. The apartment had good wifi and extra adaptors for all of our gadgets to plug into. Francesco was very pleasant and always responded promptly to any queries. We would stay again. The best lettings agent in London !!

Great one bedroom property on a 2nd floor corner with windows on two sides. Bright and airy the building is about 10 years only with secure fob entry. The apartment was very clean when we arrived and the owner couldn't of been more attentive or helpful. The bathroom had a very hot high pressure shower over the bath. The kitchen had a fridge freezer, full size oven and hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Also provided a new kettle and toaster, for us the only thing missing was a way to make good coffee. The living room had sofa and dining table that could fit 4 in a "student flat" squeeze. Older 28" 1080p flat screen TV with two HDMI ports and fibre broadband 50 Mbps down and 40 Mbps up make it ideal for streaming or researching where to go. Bedroom was an ample size for two people and the area quiet enough to sleep with the window open. Central heating was very effective, in fact a little to warm until we worked it out. So why not 5 stars? Quite a few light bulbs out and no replacements, some of the storage furniture was cheap and a coffee machine or even a cafeteria would of been great. But these are minor niggles, this is apartment is 4 mins pleasant safe walk to DLR and similarly 10 mins walk to the Jubiliee Line. It's safe clean, quiet and secure. It's has abundant good hot water a good washing machine and you can cook your own food. Finally excellent Internet access and a very helpful and attentive agent make it a great stay. Perhaps the best recommendation is we would certainly try to stay here again.

Amazing room

The room was perfect and very comfortable for 4 of us. The bathroom was really clean. Location was fantastic, just few min away from the tube station and easy connection with central London. Will definitely come back again

Flat was clean but like to list some of the deficiancies: handle of one bathroom door broken (we reported it to manager -repaired the next day), blind of the large balcony window faulty, the storage room was a bit messy - so we had to place our four empty suitcases aside in the living room, furniture is from this 'famous' Swedish company. (Any) Location within Canary Wharf area is basically great in view of fantastic transport facilities to the City or somewhere else

Nice apartments, near to o2 and tube flat was nice, everything you need is there hairdryer, ironing board etc could do with a lick of paint, still clean though, balcony on top of the river overlooking canary wharf banks. would use again

We were in 8, 4 adults and 4 children. There was enough room for everybody. The apartment is in a good position. Very close to the Crossharbour Tube station. There are also a supermarket, a pubs and food shops in the neighbourhood. The Building and the surroundings are very secure there is a housekeeper at the entrance ;). This part of the city is under a renewing process and is becoming nicer and nicer.

I was looking for accommodation to stay in London for a week with my parents, found that one so quickly and I'm not disappointed. We were three for the whole apartment so we had enough space to live all together, the kitchen and bathroom are well furnished, the flat is so clean compared to what I heard about London accommodation! We enjoyed our stay, the company was available for us and I already booked the flat for July as I'm coming back :)

This room in particular is 2 floors up a rather narrow stairway, so consider this point if you are less physically capable of scaling the height with your luggage. There were two bed rooms that sleeps 4 and a sofa bed that could be prepared for 2 more if necessary. There was a balcony with the view of part of the canary wharf. Mariavittoria was helpful and always contactable throughout the stay. Will choose to stay in this area if I visit London again.

Der Aufenthalt in AW Apartment ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist mit 15 Minuten Bahnfahren aus London Central nahezu perfekt und die Bahnstation direkt vor der Haustür. Auch zu viert kamen in dem Schlafraum keinerlei Platzprobleme auf und sowohl das Bad als auch das Schlafzimmer waren sauber. Fabio zeigte sich stets hilfbereit und ließ uns die Koffer schon um 10 bei ihm unterstellen, sowie auch nach dem Auschecken bis zum Nachmittag. Das war sehr freundlich. Ein- und Auschecken verlief sehr unproblematisch. Ich würde diese Unterkunft immer wieder buchen, denn das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist meiner Meinung nach sehr gut.

Stayed in Indescon Court, Canary Wharf penthouse for 4 nights to celebrate my wife's birthday and it was a home from home. Finding the apartment was difficult as the satnav tried to take us through a walkway and the road sign wasn't visible from the main road, but once we found it the checkin was excellent and we were made very welcome . The apartment was very modern, fantastic bed with Tempur mattress, feather and down pillows and quality Egyptian cotton bedding (I would suggest a mattress protector should be used for hygiene) . We had a little problem with the bathroom sink plug as it didn't seal and the shower was slow to drain but it didn't spoil our stay and we left a note so hopefully this will have been resolved . I would have welcomed an information pack letting us know things like where to place refuse bags and some outside seating would have been nice so we could take full advantage of the terraces in the sunshine. Great position near restaurants shops and good transport links into City - I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

L'appartement était agréable, propre et bien meublé. Francesco nous a fourni très gentiment tous les renseignements demandés pour nos visites. Le métro est proche (5 minutes) et à 20 minutes du centre historique. Le quartier n'a rien d'extraordinaire mais une supérette est à 2 minutes. Nous avons pu visiter les différents monuments et faire une petite croisière sur la Tamise. Nous conseillons le London Pass ainsi que l'Oyster card bien pratiques. Nous recommandons cet appartement pour une visite de Londres car de bon rapport qualité prix et pas trop loin du centre.

The apartment was very clean, and a cooker and fridge frieze spotless. The living room has a wide comfortable sofa, with Sky TV for the relax in evenings. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Apartment was modern and very spacious. Although it is far from central london but the general location is nice with a supermarket downstairs, shopping centre a few minutes walk away and plenty of restaurants nearby. Provided with towels and all the kitchen utensils needed to cook with. Having a washing marine and dishwasher was convenient as well. The security by the entrance was friendly and the building was very secure. Some negatives was that the carpet was a bit dirty, bathroom were a bit used, fridge wasn't cold enough to store meat, freezer should be defrosted, vacuum cleaner was hard to use, the sofa bed mattress was too thin and used, there was no air con and the weather was over 30 degrees so we were boiling, there was construction work outside and was noisy, the accommodation didn't let us put the clothes airer on the balcony.

We were pleased with the location and the easy access to shops, restaurants and the trains into London. It was nice to be able to fix our own meals when we desired. Having a washer was really convenient for our holiday requirements as well.

The price was fantastic for the whole weekend! This was my friends first time staying in an apartment vs. a hotel, and they loved it! We are already planning to book with them again next year for our trip. A few things could have used a little extra cleaning, but for the most part it wasn't that bad. It was only a few kitchen items that did not seem to have been cleaned thoroughly. Also batteries were missing from the remotes. The beds need to be upgraded as well.

The flat is really pleasant. It contains all you need : dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and toaster and even samples of shampoo and conditioner, bath and shower gel, hand and body lotion for everyone of us, or tea bags, sugar and coffee bags. It is very clean and well heated. You have an excellent internet, usb plugs. Somme little things can be disturbing; the windows in the bedroom can't be shut so you can hear the DLR by night and we couldn't switch on the light in the living room. It is located far enough from London center but is well served, it is near the underground (2 stations : Heron Quays and Canary Wharf), and the DLR. It is also very well secured, you need to pass your magnetic card at 2 doors to arrive to the flat. At night, we felt somme relief when we went back to the apartment. L'appartement est vraiment très agréable. Il dispose de toutes les commodités : lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, micro-ondes, grille-pain et même des échantillons de gel douche, shampooing et lotion pour le corps pour chacun d'entre nous ou encore des sachets de thé, de sucre et café, biscuits. Il est très propre et bien chauffé, dispose d'un excellent débit internet et de prises usb. Quelques petits soucis tout de même, la fenêtre de la chambre fermait mal, on entendait donc le DLR la nuit et on n'a pas réussi à allumer la lampe du salon. L'appartement se situe assez loin du centre mais est bien desservi : il est situé près du métro (2 stations: Heron Quays et Canary Wharf) et le DLR très pratique. Il est également bien sécurisé, nous devions passer notre carte magnétique à 2 endroits avant d'arriver dans l'appartement. Le soir, nous nous sentions bien au calme.

I am extremely happy with my decision of going with apt wharf and particularly going for this apartment. The apartment was most apt for 6 adults and everything in the apartment was meticulously taken care of. The check in and check out process was very convenient. We had no need to contact the apartment wharf for anything as everything was taken care of. We had a long stay for 8-9 days.

I have spent 4 days with family and an elderly person. The apartment is spacious, clean with the equipment that needs, with elevator and very quiet area with transport nearby. Very good reception and very good communication with the agency. No unpleasant surprise. The pictures and description correspond has the reality. Problem with the lock door on arrival but immediately fixed on priority by the agency. I strongly recommend this apartment.

Good points: slept extremely well due to super comfortable (memory foam) beds, great duvets and pillows. En-suite as well as full bathroom were both well-designed. Very spacious with plenty of storage facilities. Balcony with a view over the Thames to the O2 (for the moment) and down to the dock. The kitchen has all the white goods you could need including a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Gym and pool in the basement. DLR South Quay station and shops within 2 minutes walking distance. Secure access to the building and the free parking garage. 24/7 hour concierge. Cleaning materials, vacuum cleaner iron and ironing board on site. 2 adapter plugs in the dining area (very handy). Enough toilet paper for you not to have to rush out and shop within the first five minutes. :- ) Could improve points: kitchen utilities were minimal (no cups and saucers - only mugs, plates, bowls and some cutlery, although there were a couple of pots and pans too). Enough for a short stay, but not for a longer rental period. Couldn't find any tea towels. A few maintenance issues which I am sure are being dealt with now. One dining chair leg was broken, and another wobbly (probably not the sturdiest to start with). No Sky TV, just free view channels. Had difficulty opening a couple of windows and terrace doors. This probably needs better explanation when arriving. Unchangeable: as is usual every square inch of the Isle of Dogs is being built on. I fear the lovely clear view over the Thames to the O2 will very soon be something of the past as it will certainly become a very obstructed view, but that's the city for you. All in all I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed my 6-night stay and would not only recommend this flat, but also return to it (unless the price becomes too high).

We stayed in a similar apartment last year with a different company at a similar price and this one was much better. I would not hesitate to return and recommend if a few niggles could be attended to.

This is the second time to book an apartment having fabio as a host, all I have to say is that this guy is amazing and i highly recommend this apt. this is a brand new apt in an amazing, and safe area, dlr and jubilee line are 5mins away, tesco is just 1 mkn away, apt is big and all facilities are provided. Fabio himself is a tremendous host; he even arranged an early check-in for me without any cost. moreover i wanted to book the apt for 1 extra day, and Fabio worked this out for me , even on a Sunday evening. The staff we met (the person from Portugal) was very kind and flexible. We arrived at London airport around 6:30am and we asked if we could check in earlier, so that we could get some rest. He kindly agreed and met us at the apartment to check us in around 11am. We are very thankful and will definitely book this place again when we go to London

Tea & coffee was provided which was a pleasant surprise, but we felt that teatowels in the kitchen were missing whilst cooking. There was an oven mitt but towels are also essential. There are three floors, a room with a double bed downstairs and two other rooms with double beds as well on the third floor, three bathrooms, so we had a lot of space and felt comfortable. There is a boat (5 minutes walk from the house) you can take to go to the centre of London and also a metro station or a DLR station close by. We really didn't have any problems so I would definitely recommend this new house!

Location was good only 5 minutes to DLR Heron Queys and 7 minutes to Canary Warf. The house in general was fine with some minor esthetic issues. Wi-fi was not stable at all times so if you're working from home this may not be so pleasant, but if not that shouldn't be a big issue. There was not enough room for storage and not enough hangers. They might supply more hangers but we didn't ask for it. During our stay, water was constantly shutting off and on. We stayed there more than 20 days and the last 10 days we suffered a lot while we were taking a shower or washing our hands, water was stop running for a minute or so, and than started to flow again for about 15 seconds and stop running again. The TV was another thing for us, we have 2 little kids, between age 1 and 3, and we needed the children's channels more than the others. So the 2 channels (Bcbees and Tiny Pop) was not showing clearly. We asked them to check and they came immediately but the solution was only adding an external antenna which wasn't a permanent solution but it helped a bit.

We had a very nice stay at the apartment! Some things could use some attention from the staff, as I emailed them these things, very soon my phone rang and they wanted to come and fix it. Very good service! The location of our apartment was nice! 2 walking minutes to a DLR station, 6 walking min to the metro station Canary wharf, 2 walking minutes to a Tesco Express. The view from the apartment was nice! They provided some dishwasher tablets and you can use the washing/dry machine. My only advice would be to put a 6P table in the apartment instead of the 4P table if you rent it to 6 people. The sofa bed is a little small for 2 people, so I slept on the other sofa.. which sleeps very well!

It was a week before leaving and I had not received any information about the location or final arrangements for our rental. Once I emailed her, the manager did response. Upon arriving, the VRBO we had selected was not available (the last renters had left the apartment in horrible condition), so they offered us an apartment nearby which turned out to be much nicer. The location near Canary Wharf was great for us since we wanted to be able to walk to Greenwich and there is nice riverfront walkway - DLR (light rail) and tube are very close by. Plus, there are several restaurants nearby and a nice grocery store. The bedrooms were clean. one of the bedrooms had attached shower/toilet and there was shower/toilet off hall for use of person in second bedroom. the couches were comfortable. Internet worked wonderfully.

Apartment is clean and relatively modern, with a few quirks which didn't really interfere with our stay. Heated floor in bathroom was too hot for a summer stay, and didn't seem adjustable. Furnishings were modern, IKEA style, comfortable enough. Beds were very firm for my taste. Kitchen decently equipped. I would stay there again, greatly preferable to a hotel for our family of four.

The flat is really nice and clean, sufficiently big for a comfortable trip with a family of four. The view from the living room is simply beautiful, especially on sunny mornings and at night. Area is really quiet too, with basic amenities available almost at any time (thanks to a neighboring Tesco which never seems to close!). Maybe missing a pub or restaurant nearby but that's about it! Definitely recommended for either a business stay in Canary wharf, or, like I did, a family trip to discover London (the DLR is really efficient to get you there in no time).

Le logement situé au premier étage aurait besoin d'un petit rafraichissement avec le remplacement d'un carreau cassé sur une fenêtre donnant sur la rue. La chambre avec la porte-fenêtre ne donne pas sur une terrasse mais plutôt sur un toit plat, donc pas pratique du tout pour sortir. En revanche, dans le descriptif il est noté " nous parlons votre langue " , je suis désolée de dire que non, dommage. L'accueil par Diogo a été sympathique.

Despite the apparently many house rules written in the description, Diogo is a very nice and uncomplicated person.The flat was cosy, modern and very conveniently placed near a public transport station(DLR), as well as a tesco express (open till late). The 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the living room made it perfect for our stay (2 couples x 4 nights). Canary Wharf is fabulous and the connection to the city center was very fast. There are some small fixes due in the shower, and although it was a weekend and they couldn’t be arranged right away, Diogo was very prompt and came to check everything out. All in all, a very pleasant experience! We enjoyed our time in London and we‘ll probably visit Diogo again this summer. Cheers!

The apartment itself was very clean and clearly had been newly refurbished. It had all mod cons and all the cooking utensils etc that I would need for a few days stay. The bed was comfortable and the living room space was ideal. Bathroom was spacious. There was more than enough wardrobe space and plenty of hangers. The apartment was a perfect location and there is a Sainsbury's literally 2mins from the door. The tube station is also right next to it. If you need a gym there is a well equipped one in the apartment block directly opposite. And a lovely cafe situated at the entrance to the building. The only drawbacks were the wifi, which was very temperamental and rebooting the system wasn't very convenient. Also, there was a lot of communication via email and calls prior to the check in and felt a little bit too much. However, once completed it was straight forward and everyone was very helpful and responsive to any queries I had. I have now set up an account with and will be using again when I am staying in London for more than a couple of days. I'm looking forward to trying some different locations too.

Kilburn Park station "Bakerloo line" is at your doorstep, literally next to the apartment. The best meeting point for check-in is the Kilburn Park station. The bus stop is also in front of you. Very safe neighbourhood with supermarkets, restaurants, and shops nearby. You can easily get a Lebara SIM card with 500MB for £10 valid for one month in small shops 5 min walk from the apartment, and take a left at the main street. Use the Citymapper App for all London bus and tube options. Two of the three bedrooms are facing the street. Therefore lots of noise when windows open. Three queen-sized beds, one in each room, sofa also can be used as a bed. We were a family of a total of 6 with 4 children between 5 and 17. They provided us with an extra blanket and pillow in case one decided to sleep in the living room. The pillows were very soft and thin for my taste. Not enough hangers in the closets. The apartment size is big and is easy one stair up. New building with large elevator and secured electronic door. The kitchen has all the basic utilities for cooking and eating. Washing machine, toaster, microwave, water boiler, oven, dishwasher, iron, hair dryer, towels, shampoo and hand soap are included. Bring your own kitchen sponge, detergents, salt, sugar, cooking oil, spices, garbage bags and some hangers. We loved the apartment and we would go back again.

Our group of 6 (Grandmother, parents and 3 children - 14, 12 and 10) just spent 6 enjoyable days in this property at Canary Wharf. While we had a bit of trouble finding the place and making contact with Francesco and were moved to a different location than originally booked, it all turned out well. Our balcony overlooked the South Quay so there was always activity to watch. The apartment was clean and comfortable though one bed leaned seriously to one side. The DLR was only a block or two away so accessibility to the city was easy. We recommend the Docklands Museum for anyone who is interested in the history of the area - a real "hidden gem".

Molto silenzioso e con una bella vista. Pochi posti per mangiare nei dintorni, ma è una zona in continua espansione. Il WI-FI funzionava perfettamente e abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per una mini vacanza. Fortunatamente niente moquette

Da wir zum zweiten Mal in der Wohnung waren, waren die Formalitäten und die Einweisung schnell erledigt. Leider hatte es mit dem Transponder für die Tiefgarage nicht so gut geklappt, aber wir haben eine gute Lösung gefunden. Die Wohnung ist gut geeignet für eine große Gruppe (7 Personen), sie liegt sehr ruhig (abgesehen von den lauten Möwen am frühen Morgen :-)) und ist super an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden.

L'appartement est très bien entretenu, décoration neutre dans les tons de beige&chocolat, cuisine très bien équipée (sauf que bizarrement il manquait une théïère...). Chauffage par le sol réglable dans toutes les pièces. Une jolie vue sur la Tamise depuis le balcon. Idéalement situé à 2 mn de Canary Wharf station (Jubilee line) et de la DLR. Toutes les commodités à proximité. La passerelle métallique pour traverser la Tamise et le train de la DLR sont assez bruyants. Cependant beaucoup plus calme la nuit ce qui n empêche pas de dormir.

The apartment very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Views fabulous.The lift kept braking down & we had to walk down the steps from the seventeenth floor when we where checking out!! The towels too small.

We couldn't believe, that was the apartment we saw in, the pictures....it was much much better. It is situated on the 6th floor with an amazing view of the Londoner skylines... we had everything we needed... there is also a washing machine which also dries your clothes. We were very nicely welcomed and got a nice present with coffee tea sugar salt pepper and also cookies. We decided to get breakfast in our apartment, there is a Supermarket directly on the corner. It's a sure place to live also at night, u walk five minutes and u are at the Underground station Aldgate East. u will find many restaurants, Moe Dinner was great and cheap. Lo único negativo fue que en los 5 días que permanecimos allí el ascensor no funciono ningún día. Así que tuvimos que subir y bajar las maletas por la escalera de caracol estrecha que había. The agent contacted us the morning of our arrival and met us at the front entrance. Finding the apartment was easy, and it's very convenient to the Holburn tube station on the Picadilly Line. The apartment as a whole was very large, but the appliances were all a bit basic. We didn't have any trouble with them, but we did have to work around the lack of a microwave. El departamento fue óptimo para nosotros. Nuestro hijo durmió en el cómodo sillón del living, mi suegra en el otro cuarto y nosotros en otro. Cada uno con su privacidad, todo estaba perfecto. Lo que sí, como lo leí en otros comentarios, la fachada del edificio y las partes comunes no son muy lindas, están sucias y media rota la pared pero el departamento está PERFECTO!!!

My host was great! My family and I were warmly welcomed at the cross junction even though it was raining that evening. The first impression may not be what we conceived - lift landing was not well lit and the small lift(just enough space for 2 pax with luggage) was the old fashioned "scissors lift". However, all changed when we enter the apartment proper! The apartment was exactly how it looked like in the photos, clean and essential machines such as washing machine, dryer, water kettle, water heater were all functional. We were pleasantly surprised that toiletries (shampoo, body foam) and coffee/tea bags were also provided to make our stay comfortable. There are many eateries around the area, and you certainly wont go hungry. The metro is a short 5-10 min walk away, and ease of accessibility makes this a highly recommended apartment to consider when staying in London!:)

Like many London apartments, as you enter, the communal space can leave you feeling a little disheartened, with plaster crumbling off the walls, and a rickety lift with an old scissor gate leaving you fearing for your fingers. But the moment you step into the apartment, all that changes…The flat is modern, well-kept, evidently recently-decorated, and surprisingly spacious. The flat was warm, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and the wifi was quick. The flat's in a very central location within London, but just far enough from the main roads that I wasn't bothered by noise from traffic. The team were also kind enough to accept a very last-minute booking, and communicated quickly and effectively to make arrangements for picking up the keys.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Very well located, very clean with designed furniture. Located only 5 minutes away from metro, we were very close. Nice experience!

Me and my friends enjoyed our stay at wharf very much. The apartment is clean and comfortable. In addition, the flat outlooks the pier and the skyline. The best part about this apartment is the location. The place is located within 2 mins walk to the jubilee line and directly across the DLC. Would recommend anyone to stay at this apartment.

Muy buena experiencia. Solo algun comentario: el plato de ducha no traga suficiente y se inunda, faltan sartenes, Por lo demas todo correcto. Trato exquisito y accedieron a adelantarnos el check-in. Recomendable.

A very nice stay

Stayed for 2 nights in Dec and lived the apt, location and the service. Apt was clean and tidy throughout. Furniture eye was if a good standard.

A very nice and comfortable apartment! We were surprised because is big, and incredibly clean. Also completely furnished and very near to everything, from the station to the Sainsbury. A very good service, very fast check-in!

The apartment is really nice, bright & very clean, with all needed atributes to male our stay very convinient. The location is great - right at the bus stop!

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment, only minor point would be that there were only 6 pillows, initially we were intending to be 7 guests, so they would not have had a pillow? Well equipped and tidy, fantastic stay in a great place. Thank you

Great price, having an apartment made our weekend much better. It was more relaxed and inclusive.” Location to nearest tube station was quite hard to find but we managed.
